At Vivid & Vibrant Photography, I believe in the power of giving back. Service is a core value of my brand, and I’m thrilled to offer the opportunity to apply for Donated and Discounted Sessions — designed for individuals and organizations who may not have the resources for a traditional professional photography experience.

Accepted applicants may receive one of the following:

• A fully donated session,

• A discounted session, or

• A custom partnership proposal, such as trade or profit-sharing arrangements.

Partnership Opportunities

Partnerships can take many creative forms. I’m open to collaborating through:

• Trade agreements (for example, ad space in a program in exchange for production photography),

• Event coverage that includes provided meals, admission, or sponsor acknowledgment,

• Photobooth setups with an optional tip jar,

• Donated raffle sessions (where winners only pay for add-ons beyond the basic package), or

• Profit-sharing structures that benefit both parties.

Each project is unique, and I welcome discussions that ensure the collaboration feels fair, professional, and mutually rewarding.

Terms & Conditions

By applying, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Vivid & Vibrant Photography retains the right to use photos for website, print, and digital marketing.

• All images must retain the original watermark unless prior permission is granted.

• Proper credit to Vivid & Vibrant Photography is required for any social media or publication use.

• My time and talent are valued: all projects require a minimum 24-hour turnaround, with final galleries typically delivered within a week (or longer for more complex projects).

Please note that not all applications can be accepted. Selection is based on availability and alignment with the goals of Colorful Moments for a Cause.
